User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThey are great over there. I am very picky with both doctors and dentists. While they are a little hard to get into they are well worth the waiting for. The dentists both Dr. Singh and Dr. Maggie are great. They really care about their patients. I would recomend them to my family and friends (lol I already have and they love it over there too). A lot of people will agree that they are a different type of dentists, they care, they are fun and energetic. It has a great atmosphere as well.

Professional Dentists... nice modern office... BAD policies.
I scheduled an appointment 6 months in advance and forgot about it. I NEVER received an appointment reminder call but did receive a bill for $25 for a missed appointment 2 months later (after I rescheduled and kept this appointment.)
I called the office staff to tell them I didn't think it was fair since I did schedule the appointment 6 months prior and honestly forgot about it, she told me that I signed this policy and there is nothing she can do about it, that I have to pay. So I emailed Dr. Singh to tell him I didn't think it was fair... he sent me a letter stating I was I was rude to his employee (which I was NOT) and he was glad that I brought this to attention because the appointment fee should of been $50 not $25 since I had 2 appointments.
Well, I sent in my RIP-OFF payment of $50 but I would not recommend this office because they are not fair and won't give you a break if you make an honest mistake.

She has this attitude and a very BAD bed side manner.....great advice, attitude and service. However, their office staff leaves something to be desired. They are slow, limited customer service skills, and give attitude. This practice would explode with front desk professionals....

I thought the front desk staff was VERY helpful. They're willing to take the time to explain things the assistants can't when it comes to insurance and billing.
I would have to totaly disagree on the staff being slow, having limited customer service skills and giving attitude. I have been a Pt of their's since 2007. They are always on time and they have always made it know if they are running a little behind.What office doesn't run behind. As for the customer service skill and attitude I HAVE NEVER EVER gotten that from them. They are an AWSOME TEAM that works very well together. You will never find another team like the Happy Tooth Team.

Slow? I have never been there when they were behind. To be honest of all the Doctors I have went to I think they maybe the fastest.
