User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsComing from outside the country, I only tried the club once to look for a place to continue my Muay but things got in my way. It has a very friendly no-ego environment conducive for learning. The head instructor is very humble and friendly.

Chris Lund is one of the best coaches that I've met. I make it a point to train with him whenever I visit from Australia.

Excellent school for anyone who wants to learn technical jiu jitsu or muay thai. The coach (Chris Lund) has trained with Chris Hauter who was one of the first 12 American bjj black belts in the US and is still a top competitor. Chris Lund currently trains under Charuto Verissimo who is BJ Penn's jui jitsu coach. This is not an MMA fight school, but it is absolutely top notch. The atmosphere is very relaxed and professional.
