I had a cover up done by Phil Shamrock. He really worked with me to come up with something that would cover well and also fit my tastes. Phil was very professional, clean, and paid attention to me the entire time he was working on my tattoo. He gave me a great price. Phil also put in a lot of detail and took extra steps to make my new tattoo unique. Great guy, very clean shop, talented artist. I'll be sure to go back and send all of my referals to Phil Shamrock! Only con to the place - parking...you'll be parking on the street or a side street.
