User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI was recently disappointed with The Haute Pig. Soon after being seated a staff member rolled a mop bucket past our table and almost overwhelmed us with bleach fumes. When our food arrived my husband's ribs had no "dry rub" on them They were bland and tasteless. My baked potato had a rock in it - I almost broke a tooth. We brought these issues to the attention of the high school aged waiter. He replaced the bland ribs with satisfactory ribs and brought me potato salad. I was sure he would comp us a desert. He didn't even ask if we wanted a desert before presenting us with the bill. I got the feeling he was trying to rush us out. I have been eating at the Haute Pig for years and I have seen the quality of food and service go down significantly. They used to have a lively band playing fiddle and banjo music. Now they have a solo guy playing silly cover tunes That was the last time I will ever eat there.

We have been going to this restaurant every week. We enjoy your chef salads. We went to your restaurant last week and were very suprised to find a large increase in your prices. A small chef was $5.95 up to $7.50.
And your large is now $10.75. We wouldn't have mind the increase but the quality of the food was not good.
The ham and turkey were not smoked and were just regular lunch meat. And my husband's smoked chicken also did not have a smoke flavoring. What has happened?

Are you going to go back to your great Chef Salads if not you have lost customers. And we have brought several of our friends with us and they were also not satisfied with their salads.
We spent $45.00 and none of us were happy with this meal. -

Good BBQ: Consistent quality ribs. Family friendly. Also good for take out. One of our favorite places for ribs.
