User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis place is fantastic the food, service, employees, ambiance, 7 Atmosphere are absolutly amazing. Pay no attention to 2 other inaccurate rude lie filled reviews. It's extremely clear that those 2 other reviewers have never been to A & W before but I know when they do go there instead of simply writing a review for a restaurant they've clearly never been to before when they do go there they are going to love it & I know you are also going to love it.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSame as last review-accept I've only lived here a few years. A&W is a family fave for when we DO eat out. We wont be coming back here EVER again. Two person order took 21 minutes-food was cold and the fries were so cold, they were waxy. Burgers were burnt...and buns were soggy as though they had been made and sat there with veggies on them for that entire time....and all this, for a lovely 14.82!!! For two burgers meals! This was the most aggravating, disappointing and downright disgusting experience I've EVERY had at an A&W.....and again, noone over 18 max in the place...and we could hear them yelling and laughing over the speaker...then throwing condiment packs at each other when we DID get to the window. Lobby was full of teenagers....kids sitting on the counter............BAD BAD BAD...lost our business forever.

Don't waste your time: We've lived and worked in the East Helena area for many years and we have often visited the A&W in East Helena with our young family. We have no idea what happened, but recently everything has changed. The food quality is poor, usually served semi-warm. We were in the drive-up for lunch the other day and we waited 12 minutes just for the girl to speak on the speaker to us. And there was no one in front of us! Apparently she can only handle one car at a time. Finally ordered, got our food, and as we were leaving we noticed the truck that was behind us at the speaker was still there! Turned out the kids that work there were having too much fun among themselves and with their friends in the lobby of the restaurant to wait on the drive-thru customers. We won't be going back.
