I have been a faithful consumer of Earth Mother Herbs for over 3 years now. The Master Herbalist is truly a gifted healer. He is a God-Send. I have recommended him to all my loved ones and they have ALL, without exception, had their symptoms relieved and ultimately disappear. I have full and complete confidence in his herbs and intuitive healing wisdom. Now, when I have a physical issue, I go to him FIRST. The herbs are much less expensive than the chemicals prescribed by the medical profession and you are not required to take ANY of them long term. Do yourself a favor, forgive and be healed.

I am a young black male who likes to use Earth Mother Herbs products but have since stopped. I haven't stopped because I do not think the products work, i have stopped due to the disrespect he has treated my mother with. My mother is a 60 year old women who wants nothing more than to improve her health. She went into the shop and had several questions about the products she was about to purchase. The "Master" of the house was very short and disrespect with her. He answered questions as if my mother were a doctor and should immediately understand how each product works. Furthermore when she did not immediately understand his responses he belittled her intelligence. And this was just on the first visit!! After a second visit (where my mother took a friend of hers as she had been spreading the word on the products) she was disrepected a second time and told that she could not purchase any products. I was enraged after recieving the phone call from my mother telling me what had happen as im sure any one out there would be if there elderly mother has been treated so unfairly. Again, I am all about promoting our buisnesses. I do not think black people stick together enough but i needed to share this with current and/ or future customers. Please go with your parents or grandparents to ensure this does not happen in the future. I am more so disappointed than anything else. This is suppose to be a place to learn more about health and inquire about products but the "Master" acted as if he had never encountered someone with the same questions as my mother had. Best advice for "Master": If you do not enjoy your job or your pateience is too short to deal, then you should run the show from behind the scenes. No one deserves the treatment that you gave my mother. Thank you, Concerned Son
