User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsPaid for $14 car wash & was greeted by worker who barked unintelligible orders as I entered. Directions weren't clear, given impatiently & signage impossible to read in the steam of car wash. Worker yelled, smacking signage with her hand. I rolled down my window & asked what to do, only made her more angry & belligerent. Honestly thought she was on drugsâstuck in the enclosed car wash with her I became concerned for my safety. Entered store to complain to manager who informed me his worker did nothing wrong, policy is to not to talk to customers, she had just gotten her tongue pierced. Worker reluctantly apologized then the manager said, "there,got your apologyâwhat more do you want?" Unbelievable. After how disrespectfully Elmbrook Mobil Car Wash treated me, how little they value customers, will not return again.
