I went into JMP in Wood River looking for a motorcycle. They had a bike that I was ready to buy that had some custom things done to it. Mike the "salesman" there told me he would check into it or if they had to just make another bike just like it they would and that he would get back to me. After a week I had to call Mike the "salesman" because I never heard back from him and he said he's been so busy and he hadn't had time to get to it so he would get back to me the next day. Ok no big deal I understand how things get. Another few days went by and still no call. I gave him a week and a half this time. So I called Mike the "salesman" once again asking what the problem was and he all of the sudden got a serious attitude with me and said "have you had 60 phone calls today about people buying a bike?" I said "well no I don't work at a motorcycle shop" and he said "Yeah I didnt think so." So I realized then JMP obviously didn't need my busniness because they were OOOOOHHH SOOOO busy! So I went down the road to another Kawasaki dealer and bought one there for $1000 less than JMP was going to sell me anyways! I would never recommend anyone to deal with Mike the salesman or deal with JMP in general. None of the employees there from the parts guy to Mike the "salesman" or even the owner/manager really care about the people. And I use the term "salesman" very loosely with Mike. He looks more like a dirty bum on the side of the road that needs a good bath, a shave, and some nice new clothes. I have to drive an extra 30 miles to the other Kawasaki dealer rather than just two miles just to stay away from JMP! And even when I went to the other dealer 30 miles away I had mentioned JMP and he said right away "ooooh yeah.....I've heard bad things about JMP." Take it from me, go anywhere else but JMP!
