Their labor cost is awful and I would recommend calling Mid south transmission before going to this shop, because they are alot better on price and service.

Comparing auto repair services based on labor rates might be one of the most uninformed ways to select a repair shop that I know of. For the record, my labor rates are just about in the middle of labor rates in the Fayetteville marketplace. I know David, (Midsouth owner), a fine person, and we actually refer customers to each other from time to time! We service 2 different segments of the marketplace. My shops employ ASE or industry certified technicians, we sell factory components, and we provide a written nationwide warranty up to 3 yrs or 100,000 miles. If you're looking for the cheapest repair shop in town, it takes a while, you've got to do a little digging, but you can find them. And you'll be back to see them time and again for the same repair.
I forgot to mention, rather than take someones opinion who has never done business with us, go to www.nationwidetranny.com and read numerous positive comments by folks that have!
