I was told what to expect and it was delivered.When installed I was walked through with the entire working process and several options even, so as I could and would feel comfortable in any situation. The guy there helped us out by finding the best speaker we could get under $150. Which were Memphis: Power Reference series in a 4x6. He was very helpful and gave some poointers on installing and offered help if we couldn't figure it out. Plus he gave us a discount for supporting they're online community. Haven't tried out the speakers yet but I'll update when I do.

LOUSY job by a guy that boasts he has been tinting professionally for 6 years. At $250, I expected better than what I could do. There are much better places for cheaper so go elsewhere. No lie, there was approximately 100-200 bubbles left in and when I complained, his response was "thats normal". I dont think so, I had the tint removed and was refunded my money and called First Class Tint and had it done right for $190. Need proof, ask me for pics of the lousy job.We have been in business at the same location for 16 years. We recognize that we do make mistakes and that it is not always possible to make every customer happy (though we try very hard). This was the case here and we graciously refunded the customer's money and removed the tint. Our window tinter takes great pride in his work as can be attested to by numerous positive reviews here and on other sites. I wish that this customer work have contacted me first before posting this review. In fact, I would have welcomed a chance to correct any issue in our business. In any case, we're sorry it happened.11/01/10
