I bought Cellone's Italian bread from the grocery stores - quite frequently and it seems that they do not have an expiry date stated on the products. It would help consumers like us to discern if we should buy more than a day's old bread. I bought 2 loaves and it ended up flaking like bread crumbs. The first time I tried Cellone's Italian bread, it was fresh on the shelf. The 2nd and 3rd time, it wasn't fresh and no dates. It is very disappointing and consumers would like to know that they are actually paying for quality and fresh bread products.
Would the appropriate authorities from Cellone's Bakery explain why they have left the expiry date out of their products? Thank you for your time. Went to the website but they don't have any kind of email contact.
