Dr. Norma is wonderful. Straight forward, and caring about our animals. The advice she offers is honest and no-nonsense. We have 3 dogs, they all visit Dr. Norma. One of our dogs requires alot of special care, due to his size and accompanying health issues. He loves Dr. Norma and she always gives her full attention to our dogs. I won't trust another vet at this time.
All of my pets are patients of Dr. Norma and have been for several years now. I was concerned at first, having come from a large city where quality treatment was readily accessible, that her small practice would not be as advanced as what I was accustomed to. However, Dr. Norma and her staff quickly proved me wrong. With both of my elderly dogs facing increasing health problems, I found Dr. Norma and her staff to be forthright, compassionate, as well as extremely competent. Her availability to see patients on an immediate or emergency basis is impressive. She has very little tolerance or patience for irresponsible pet owners and this should be seen a direct reflection of her character and concern for animals. Her fees are very competitive, especially if you've "shopped around" or have paid much higher fees at other vets. Having to make the extraordinary painful decision to have my oldest dog put to sleep, I found Dr. Norma and her staff to act above and beyond my expectations of compassion. And in our search for a new pet, they were just as helpful. Now we have a new puppy and I am pleased and secure that Dr. Norma will oversee his care for many years to come.
Will not go back.: Dr Enqui is rude, and has no bed side mannors, that goes with her staff as well. I had to take my dog in twice because she missed what was wrong with her. She is expensive and rips people off. Received much better treatment at Hillside Vet Clinic in Charles Town, WV

I only see your review as not helpful because Hillside is not that much better in my experience. The staff is rude, al biet the vets are nice. But nice doesn't count for the quality of care. They didn't catch that my cat was dehydrated. Instead they wanted to send me to get a $500 ultrasound. Who do you think pays for that referral?
