I know a single mom in Sheridan who Pat has been trying to get into her pants by supporting her teenage daughter's after school activities. She knows what he is up to and is only looking for some trim and tax write offs. This guy is scum of the earth. He will set you up for failure just so you will owe him. Just ask agents like Sam Garcia and Jeff Vega. It wouldn't surprise me if this guy was a racist, or a pedophile. He is CREEPY!

I must concur. Pat Green is a complete jack ass!!! He has ripped more people off then the government. He thinks he owns this town, but he can't even go out in public for fear of getting his ass kicked by irate customers and renters. I heard he cheated on his wife with that dog faced Roni as well. What was this guy thinking? "I think I want to see what a dog would be like"??? This guys has NO class!

Pat Green is a crook! His office is a revolving door for agents. Any agent with independent thought doesn't last long. Pat is unethical in business and his personal life. He is currently shacked up with his associate broker (whore). His wife and daughter moved away in shame.

Pat will tell you anything to get what he wants. He looks like Adolf Hitler! Pat is the biggest con artist you will ever meet. He should be incarcerated and punked out for the prison population. But then, he might enjoy that too much.
