User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI think the clinic is awesome. The individuals at the front desk give 110%. I had a follow up call in a week after my visit. Also, I had a sympathy card sent to me after my pet passed. The technicians appear very knowledgeable and caring or attentive to my pets needs. The Vets are very knowledgeable too, and take the time to explain medical terminology. Great Hospital!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been using Calera animal hospital for over 3 years for my cat as well does my son and his wife for their dog. I totally recommend Dr. Ellison and her staff for your animal needs. I am more concerned about what they can do for my pet and not how much socializing goes on while I am there. I have never had a problem making an appt. and have always been treated well as well my cat.

My baby girl had an accident last night, I called Dr. Ellison and they said bring her right in. i was already on my way when i called. it was to late by time i got there my baby had already died. but i didnt want to beleive it so i rushed her in anyway. when i got there everyone was ready for me and was so sweet and helpful. I can tell Dr. E has a very big heart. I was a crying mess, and Everyone there understood, And Dr. E tried to make me feel better. I think they are all the most freindly and animal loving people i have met. Thank God for vets and vet techs and all of them that have hearts. i will support them for now on. they are great. i could go on for days.
