   Parts installed are used. Also parts installed are wrong, I never knew until I took the parts off. I brought my Mercedes there and some screws are noot match painted. You'll know it came from a used parts.
   
   My Mercedes should be totalled but they fixed it above my car's blue book value.
   
   My car's value is $14K, first repair quote was 9k but the final estimate came up to $19K. My point is they don't know how to do an estimate and my car should be totalled, I could have got a newer car!
   
   At the day when my cars is done and brought it to my garage and check it, some parts are missing, although they took care of that I'm still not satisfied.
   
   If you have highline cars make sure you bring it to a bodyshop that specialize your car's make.
   
   They are just good on customer service but for repairs they are thumbs down.
   
   I will never go back here.

   They are the best: From the front desk to the guy that washes it in the end. they are great
   the treat you like you have been coming there for years and years.
   The work is done quick and looks like brand new. I would go back and
   will refer this company to family and friends!!!
