    Only supports incumbent city council petitions. Almost always fluff and two weeks late. Publishes public notices after the meetings take place....for years. Not worth putting in the bottom of the bird cage either. Puppet Paper....does not inform the public at all!

    Pretty good local fish wrap. Tends to lean to the right, but it's a military town, so what can you do??
