| About: | Directions: Take Interstate 8-East to Willows Road Exit in Alpine. Turn left over freeway and follow for 1.5 miles. Viejas Outlet Center is on the right side. Casino is on the left. Parking: Free self parking or paid valet available at Viejas Outlet Center. Box Office Numbers: (619) 659-1996-general information line Box Office Hours: Opens at 5pm Day Of Show ONLY! Located in a trailer at the venue entrance. Gift shop hours Sunday - Thursday 9am - 11pm Friday - Saturday 9am - 1am Types of Payment Accepted: Cash and credit cards accepted at box office. There is a $2.50 per ticket fee when using a credit card to purchase tickets Will Call: Located in trailer at venue entrance. Opens at 5pm Day Of Show ONLY! Accessible Seating: Accessible seating available and easily accessible from main entrance. General Rules: No refunds. Rain or shine! No cameras/video equipment. No pets, lawn chairs, containers, food or beverages of any kind. ALL patrons subject to search upon entrance. Children Rules: All ages welcome! Everyone MUST have a ticket! Miscellaneous: Food and beverages will be sold in the venue. Beer and wine available to those with valid I.D. User Rating: 1 out of 5 starshorrible security: I have tried to write 3 reviews so far ,for some reason it won't go through.Security treats you like criminals for taking cell phone pictures.The security constantly blocks your view and barwaitresses are constantly up and down ruining your time .I had these tickets for months, 4th row tickets.i will never visit your casino again they completely ruined my time.The people that had cell phones out were taking pictures without flash.The security needs to get into the year 2007.AS long as people aren't pulling out tri-pods to take professional pics ,lighten up people. We are there to relax not be looked upon as criminals.We are guest, not enemies.'This was my worst concert experience ever.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsNot as good as other local casinos: I have no luck on any of the slots anymore a few years back they paid off, the tables games are alright, but nothing that impresses me. I like Pala, Golden Acorn and Harriahs just a bit more. Although Vegas has nothing on the ones in San Diego
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsviejas casino rules!: sally and i love casinos. here's where sally and i differ in regards to casinos in san diego county: i love viejas and think it rules all the others; sally hates it because she did not win there all through 2005. i like viejas because it is freeway close and has a major retail outlet store right across the street. it has a lot of differet fast food restaurants that i love and sally wouldn't touch if her life depended on it. so, sally comes with me and plays the games and likes it, she just doesn't win. when her luck turns and she is winning again she'll agree with me that viejas is the best casino in san diego county bar none!
