I went to several local dealerships to get a new toyota and got the hassle of salesman and pushy "buy now!" attitudes. So I went online and finally found some great pricing and customer service at Tustin Toyota. I will refer my family and friends to purchase at this dealership!!! Also service is great too, very friendly staff. I purchased my Camry from Rene Lopez, and I could not of asked for better service!!!!

RAN OUT OF GAS !!! ON THE TEST DRIVE!!! This is the honest truth about this Toyota dealer. The car i test drove was on empty when I got in it, then after we got on the freeway i asked if the sales man wanted to get some gas and he refused. So, we ran out of gas on the freeway off ramp and after he called to get some gas from the dealership after I had to push the car an entire block to get it off the street. Then after going thru this ordeal with my girlfriend in the car they could not even make me a deal on the car. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER!!!! very dealer is mangaged very poorly, very disorganized and rude.

I bought a car for my wife and the customer service was decent, I than went back looking for a hybrid and because I was not happy with the deal the attitude changed and they were rude especially a guy by the name of Mark Shyken! Cant miss him he has long curly hair. Ask to see another sales rep if you plan to stick it out here. He is only happy and nice when things are going his way.
