User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWorst service ever! The only reason I didn't give this place a 1 is because the food is so good. The waitresses are always rude. I have been here atleast 4 times and I always leave feeling upset. I am a really easy going customer but this place is just ridiculous. I have never seen such an unfriendly and rude waitstaff. I would use another word but Yahoo doesn't accept reviews with profanity. They treated me and my group as if we were a burden. I went with a group of my friends all young women and we had never been to a hibachi. We didn't realize we had to tip the person who cooked our food in addition to the waitress. When she saw our tip she got upset and in so many words demanded we tip extra. Other times I have waited long amounts of time to get service or my check while the waitresses have their little chit chats. The first time I went here I ordered one type of sushi roll and when I asked for another the waitress made it seem like I was bothering her as opposed to being happy that the establishment was receiving some extra money. If you do go just order take out and save yourself the frustration. I doubt I will ever go again.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI had gone to this p...: I had gone to this place once before for a family birthday party. It was pricey, the wait staff were rude but the food was good. I decided to go there with my friends and family for my birthday this past summer and as we were sitting waiting for our drinks to come I looked down at my plate (because the plates are already on the table for the hibatichi grill) and there was a cockroach crawling around on my plate! I was so disgusted and they acted like it wasn't even a big deal! I will never go here again.

Great food and terrific service. My favorite place to eat in Bristol. There's something for everyone. The hibachi is fun and the food is delicious. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!
