User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAre You People Crazy!?!?!? I can't belive anyone could be fooled by this place! Half of their menu can be bought at your local chinese store for a fraction of the price. It's like people think that they are at some exotic teahouse when really they are eating frozen spring rolls/potstickers, and drinking tea from tea bags. Real ginger tea? You got to be kidding! Real Ginger Dressing? Did you notice its watered down mayo? This place also has the worst service in gainesville, try it out if your a fan not having your drink refilled, or having one member of you party not get their food till everyone else is done. Vegetarians BEWARE due to my food allergies I have come to find out that some tofu items contain fish sauce, and all tofu is cooked in a basket that goes in the same deep fryer as all the shrimp, meat, etc, therefore nothing there is really veg. This is actually a very low class and dirty establishment, I'm surprised health inspections havn't closed it down, all in all don't be a fool and buy into their front, the place is garbage

We're gonna need more stars....: Liquid Ginger is not for everyone-
My buddies don't enjoy popping $14-$18 a meal before tip.
If the relatively higher-priced menu doesn't make you cringe, though, then this is your restaraunt.
The food is simply of the best quality in all of Gainesville, hands down.
The courses come in phases- a la soup, then salad, then main course, then dessert- all included in the dinner price, no "suprises".
The ginger dressing is REAL ginger dressing, likewise, the ginger tea is REAL ginger tea- these guys mean business when it comes to food.
If at all possible, get a booth and slowly sink into the seemingly 2-foot-thick soft-as-heaven cushions. Let your mind wander and your body relax as you inhale the smells of ginger tea and your mouth-watering food.
