Great NY Style Pizza, the meatball and chicken parmigiana sandwiches are top of the line, great service, nice atmosphere, boy I'm glad they're here...

I live next door to the people who own Sal's. I love them and the food!

Sal's Place - good food, but hard to order.

With a website that lapsed and seems to have no chance of coming back, and a lack of menus included with take out or delivery orders, Sal's Place has good food - but you better remember the menu yourself.

Phones go unanswered for dozens of rings, and when they are answered the order taker often seems unexperienced in making the process welcoming. I often feel that I'm inconveniencing them with my business. I'm certainly reluctant to phone, because I can't *quite* remember the menu and the order taker has not previously been helpful in jogging my memory.

But when the food does come, the pizza is good, the pasta is well cooked, and the sundries have always been good - and it's not often I say that about a salad in styrofoam!

Basically, if Sal's Place could get their customer-facing stuff together, they'd do themselves a service. Food is good, just need to get the rest of it down now.
