I first visited Lewis Cleaners a couple months ago. The only reason I tried them was for convienience. BUT I was pleasantly suprised. All my alterations were done perfectly. They even pressed them free of charge. I love Lewis cleaners. Their prices are affordable and the owner is extremely curtious. Something else to be noted: After seeing me one time, the owner recognized me when I came back to pick up my clothes and brought them out to my car.
Dropped off Shirts and pants to be be washed. Drove to store about 2 weeks after have dropping them off. Picked up clothes clothers were not neat, yet the bill for 6 shirts and a pair of pants was $27.50. I did not think anything about it and talked with some people about it who said that bill was high for the services rendered. Called store and store replied if we knew you were delta employees, we would have never taken them. They replied, "We hate Delta." Also store owner was very, very rude, and said, "We don't care about your business, I have plenty of other customers." All of the above was yelled at me over the phone. In my book that's counts as dicrimination, in which Fayetteville, and Peachtree City, are mostly Delta personnel. He never asked when clothes were dropped off if they were to be washed, or dry cleaned. I only wanted them washed and pressed, if that was the case the bill would only have been around half of what we paid, if that much.

I don't know what exactly happened between you and the owner but I'm guessing you weren't very nice. Most people don't respond well to that sorta thing-but I have no doubt the owner treated you with the utmost respect until you became unreasonable. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience but maybe you should try them again. I've been VERY happy with all their services. And as for the "we hate Delta" comment....I'm not so sure you quoted what was said verbatim.
