User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIts good, real mexican food, true bathrooms may not be the cleanest. But my bathroom isnt the cleanest either. As for the staff being rude, that might be because they didn't understand you!
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsFor Andover, it is not bad. The problem is that many employees do not speak English, so don't expect to have a question answered, just a smile, and a nod yes.
The food is always good.
Sprite wrote that it was filthy. I will agree the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired, but I have eaten at restaurants at the waterfront which have bathrooms as dirty at times. This is in an old building and they have tried to remodel in there, which has cleaned the atmosphere up. It is a good place to eat and worth a visit.-

The Best in Andover: Come out on Thursday nights and share a meal. $1.00 margaritas and good food makes it a great night. We also enjoy the "big beers" other nights and the chips and salsa are always free!

Apparently the owner wrote this review because when I went the food, service, and cleanliness was NOT good at all! The bathroom was so filthy that my I had to clean the toilet to have my son STAND to pee! The server screwed up everything, and the food tasted as though my three year old had made it! I can't believe anyone would state this establishment was anything but HORRIBLE! The Health Department should inspect it! It was FILTHY, the employees were rude, and the food was AWFUL! I will never go back!
