Always a late fee on your account: This store seems to always have you down for a late fee. The first couple of late fees I incurred I simply thought that I must have kept the videos too long. So the next time I went into the building I simply stood to the side and observed something very unusual. The next 10-15 people were told they had late fees. Next I asked people entering the store if they had paid a late fee on their last visit…the majority said yes. I have no proof of any shady dealings but it just appeared very unusual. I am simply warning those that enter this establishment. Personally, I have taken my patronage elsewhere.
