User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHad my son's wedding rehersal dinner at the Caboose 0n 12/26/08. Excellent service, excellent food. What a joy to let these people cater your special event. Worth an extra effort in order to get such a wonderful steak.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsLast reports are that the one in Independence is closed for repairs and the one in Hammond is a real train wreck, according to my neighbors who ate there for New Years. Prices increased and quality poor. Ate at the one in McComb and saw all the customers from Tangipahoa and St. Helena Parish.

Food and service excellent; can hardly wait for the one scheduled for McComb, MS to open this summer. Have been there 6 times in the past 5 months and was not disappointed.
Watch out Dixie Springs.
