User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTerrible rude awful. Went for food, got food poisoning, and didn't tip our waiter anything (the first time i've EVER had to do that - the service really was that bad!). Went a few weeks later for their spanish music night... The only people there were rude managers and doormen. It was the worst experience I've ever had in any establishment whatsoever I will never return.

The service was terrible; the waitress never once took my order and the manager had to take my drink and food order after 10 minutes of waiting. The chips were drenched in grease. When the crawfish enchlidas came out, the waitress left it on my table and didn't notice or care that my drink was nearly empty. I could barely eat this abomination but I was very hungry and it was late (did I mention I was waiting?) I recommend against trying this place.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy Favorite Place to Eat: They have great food, drinks, and service!!! The waitstaff is professional and timely, I love it!!! I prefer to eat at the one in Downtown Shreveport. I have been to the one in Bossier and it's not as good. I've eaten at the one in south shreveport and west shreveport, also, and the service and the food is great!
