User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe food was worse than any fast food one would buy. It is not high quality and it actually made my son very sick when we went. I told the waitress that our food was not good and she could also see as the plates were hardly eaten from yet she did nothing to correct the situation. I am not a picky eater and it was my birthday and I have to say a disgusting dissappointing dinner. Inedible. What a shame that this restaurant does not do something to correct the problem of the food and the waitstaff. It will soon go out of business I am sure.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsBeen here a couple times, with family, and with friends. It's always very crowded, so they must be doing something right! But it always seems extremely noisy to me. Maybe it's the fact that it's a re-conditioned factory - and they have all those hardwood floors and very little fabric to act as a buffer to muffle any of the sound. The prices are not great either. And like another person said, it's sort of like going to Applebees.... except I can call ahead to Applebees and get their new "curbside service" LOL! Hey, they're alright, and a convenient place to meet, and they have a lot of parking. But not a "relaxing" sort of place. Very hectic and noisy.
