Upscale living in Beverly!: Gateway Condominium - a wonderful place to live! Commuter Rail 2 blocks away, Rt 125 within 5 minutes, you have the pleasures of being 1 street over from the beach, water and across the new Beverly/Salem Bridge to Salem, MA. 90%+ owner occupied, each unit is unique. Association let's you build out to your personality, bright units, residents are mostly executive-level career oriented individuals, some families, very friendly and upscale (classy). Pool, exercise gym, plenty of parking and underneath garage, management is superb! Quiet units, walls are insulated and secure - no bumping, music or noice from side and upper units -- solid! Neighbors respect noise level, you will see NO clutter in any hallways, garbage shoot area or the such. Front hall ways could use an update and look little warmer and inviting -- just a plain hallway with elevators and mail slots. Maybe a Security Desk perhaps would be a great idea?? Security buildings, must be called in from unit individual to get into building. All in all...........a fabulous place to live! If you can get a condo to buy.....keep it, and don't let it go........these are worth plenty with the location, amenities & residents.
