I was Majorly Dissapointed. As a world wide traveler I have been to many places and Mexico is a frequent stop for me how ever I heard all these great things of this Hot Harrys. Well If I was Harry Id be a little hot for the fact this place ruins his name. I first stopped in to the one on Tyler St the employee was not anywhere clean and dissrespectful to my family who ever owns this establishment should know that female customers arent slabs of meat for thier likings. I figured this was a isolated local insodent. Then I went to the location on North St. and to my surprise the hiu behind the counter (I have nothing against piercings) But Im sure this one is a health code issue. and the guy sameer who said he started the business he must not care of the business because he was standing next to the condiment stand where theres dried up food and the dispensers needed cleaning with fppd particles on them that look like they have been that way for weeks. Maybe the Mass health department has been laxed or doesnt care but some of us do. the reviews of this place compare Hot harrys to Moes, Taco Bell and to be honest Hot harrys is a fraud we all know taco bell took a small business and made it bigger this guy is taking a big business and running it into the ground. and Sameer you say you started the business yet when I mentioned to you the way the staff treated my daughter in the Tyler store you responded "its not my location, it is out of my control" well I am a consumetr and my business is not yours. The people of Pittsfield should want your establishment to close so they arent dissmayed by your crap. If you were in mexico you would be the lone ranger without a horse and you would use lead NOT SILVER bullets cause your business is a failure in my eyes and I employ 70,000 people in Mass 28000 in Pittsfield alone and when I have training meetings Your place is the topic of what to avoid. One employee even said in the last meeting. "when I went into the tyler location also it smelled of something reaking like rotten meat then I seen them cooking the meat on the grill" I know "its not your location" but it is your business that your name is lsandered I have 3800 franchises in the US alone and Il be the first one to pull a franchise agreement id My name is slammed in any way and the owner of that franchise fails to resolve the issue. But then again thats why I sell about 26 franchises a month right now.
