    I went to this McDonalds location on Dec 24, 2008 like I do every morning before work. I waited in the drive thru line from 7:30am-7:39am only to arrive at the drive thru speaker and the lady tell me cash only. I replied, "ok, I've been waiting in this line for 9mins, you all need to have a sign on the speaker that says cash only, can you at least give me a courtesy cup of coffee for waiting all this time?". When I drove up to the window where you receive your order the young lady asked "medium hazel nut iced coffee right?" She recognized me and knew I usually order a medium hazel nut iced coffe. I said "yeah, or even a regular cup of coffee would be fine, but I'm not paying, I need to see the manager." I told the manager I had been waiting for 9mins, only to find out your not taking ATM cards, you need to have a sign out. The manager had an attitude and yelled at me stating I had not been waiting for 9mins, I told her I have no reason to lie, I have been waiting that long and you need to put a sign up, and the least you could do is offer a cup of coffee. She said no! Then she smirked and said "ok, pull up and I give you coffee." I said "no, you can give me the coffee now, you only want me to pull up so you can just leave me there, I can clearly see that you have plenty of coffee and cups". I asked for the General manger's name she told me if I didn't leave she would call the police, I said fine, she slammed the window shut, and called the police. Again I asked for the general managers name, everyone looked at me as if they didn't understand english. Ok, maybe they can't hear me since she slammed the window shut, I slid the window open and again asked for the General managers name, she ignored me and rolled her eyes. I sat and waited for about 5mins, (plenty of time for her to give me a cup of coffee)but eventually I had to leave. This was ridiculous, I was not looking for a hand out, I'm a doctor, I have money, I just didn't have cash that day, and I waited too long in drve thru. I was looking for an extension of courtesy, which I did not get. I will travel out of the way and go to Burger King for my morning flavored iced coffee. This experience makes me hate to even see the golden arches or their commercials, this manager needs customer service skills training.
