I love shopping at the Walmart in West Branch. If you ever have a problem the store manager will be more than happy to help. The staff is always good to you.

I'm a Wal-Mart customer at Store #3224 in Garland, Texas. The management there is completely unfair to their employees, in turn causing them to be stressed and unhappy. I can tell they have faux smiles because of the wrinkles around their mouths.

The maintenance is extremely horrid. The restrooms are hardly ever clean, and there are messes everywhere. Some have annoying habits, and others can't understand English to the point where they can communicate properly with customers.

Also, my fellow customers have seen the other customers that are rude, conceited, and overall unintelligent. Yes, you may have found things at another store, but that does not mean you will find it at all Wal-Marts. Common sense tells us this. Also, I do not give fault or blame to the Associates at this store for their sour attitudes. If they had more caring managers and customers, they wouldn't have to fake a smile while plotting your death behind those teeth.

I have heard Associates that are on the sales floor complain about being called to cashier. I understand the reason why this is. They are not cashiers, that is why they are on the sales floor, where they can be better used. I find it completely and utterly ridiculous that these people, who are doing their customer service job in their coded department, have to go up from to help with the front end managers. This is not a good work ethic if they are to go help out in another area, leaving theirs completely unguarded against theft.

My apologies about the long review, but these are some things I have noticed going on in My Wal-Mart and I felt others should know.
