Staff and Dr's are very helpful and knowledgable at the Farmington Vet Clinic. We have had excellent service at the clinic for many years. The Dr's even do house calls when I had to put my best friend to sleep. Eveyone at the clinic seems to love there job. Have even seen Dr. Kris while shoppng and remebers that I am a client. I think that is cool!
Farmington Vet Clinic is a wonderful place to take your animals. Not only is the staff very courtious, their prices are considerably less than any other clinic that I've ever taken my pets to before. I have multiple cats and dogs, and the doctors and techs always know my pets by name. The person who wrote the last review must have come in at the very end of the day, with a full days worth of frustration already in their way. The doctors there would never use the same needle on multiple animals. (That's obsured) Also every time I've been there one of the techs is cleaning an exame room or wiping off the tables. As far as the blood test results not being avalable the same day, most clinics send the samples out to an independant lab. So the rusults may not be immediately available. I do understand the frustration of not having seperate waiting area for dogs and cats, but unfortunatly you always have to deal with the space you have. I feel very comfortable taking my animals to Farmington Vet Clinic. I know my pets are well cared for.
Dirty- uses same needles on multiple animals. Staff doesn't care about your animal- staff seemed irritated that we were there. This clinic has no urgency for sick pets. I waited on the phone on hold for 15 minutes! My cat's lab samples didn't get sent out until the next day, and then we had to wait another day for them to get the results back, she could have died in that time! The waiting area is not seperated for cats and dogs, everyone's in one room, and there's only three chairs for people to sit in. When I was there there was 8 dogs barking while my poor sick cat was forced to endure this stress. If you care about your pet, go somewhere else.
