User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsREALLY DISAPPOINTED! We ate there Friday 6/19/09 and I'm being nice to call it poor. We ordered the Tortellini in Basil Cream sauce. The chicken was dry and the tortellini was tasteless. The sauce was also tasteless. My husband ate 3 bites and pushed it away. My entree was better - who can mess up fried shrimp. The salads were ok but it came with soggy french bread. The service was weird - the waitress didn't clear our salad plates before the entree came and then she went around behind me to grab them off the end of the table. She had worked there a year so not a newcomers mistake. If this is how they run the "casual" side, I won't take the chance and spend big bucks at the upscale Purple Parrot fine dining side.

Even though the food is good, the owner has anti-business attitude for other business people. We are boycotting his place and you should too.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI dont know why people say its the best. It's just average. I definitely had better, but I still would recommend it to people. I dont really like the atmosphere, its usually way too loud and too crowd but nothing is wrong with that. They have a good business, just not what I prefer.
