User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI've always thought the service was lacking at this theature. When my boyfriend son and I went to see the movie "9" it was HORRIBLE!! First the curtain wasn't open all the way, there was no audio and if that wasn't bad enough there was a group of 6 teenagers running up and down the isles as if they were playing tag, texting on their cell phones, talking and being loud. People in the audience asked several times for them to be quiet and they didn't. Three DIFFERENT people went and complained about it. FINALLY my boyfriend and I asked for the manager. We told him this is ridiculious you haven't dealt with this issue yet, we're not paying to watch kids running up and down and ruin the movie for EVERYONE. My 5 yr old son acts better in the movies then they do. The manager looked over at the assistant manager and asked "well are you going to do something about this?" The ASSISTANT manager followed us back to the movie and stood there for 15 minutes watching these teenagers talking, running up and down the isles and texting on their cell phones with the light distracting everyone. The ONLY thing he did was walk up and ask them to please turn off their cell phone and put them away and he left. THAT WAS IT!!! Didn't request them to leave or stop talking or running up and down the isles. I was shocked. This is one of the few things we get to do as a family and that night was horrible!!

User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsReviewed from Yahoo! Movies: I just moved to Great Falls from indianapolis, Indiana where there are 20 theaters to choose from and two drive-ins. Only having one theater to choose from you really can not boycot if you want to see a movie. My experience here has not been absolutly horrible but I really think they need a no smoking policy for there employees. Every time I go to the theater I must stand in a huge line because there is only one person working. Everyone else is always smoking. If i did not have to stand in line for so long I would have maybe given it three stars.
