User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWe were a party of 6 first timers at this restaurant. The service was great and so was the food & the atmosphere. We are all NY to Charlotte transplants and use to eating great ethnic food. Greek Isles did not disappoint us. Is the food as great as my Yaya's home cooking use to be? Nope, but it was nice to get a good Greek meal in Charlotte. We will be back!!

I've been a regular since the place opened. Found out about it as the family also owns the French Quarter which is also a great restaurant. I've never been to a restaurant where you're made to feel more like family than these guys.
Food is awesome! We always have the Saganaki appetizer. I've taken my mom there a couple of times. She doesn't really care for Greek food, but she's even found something she enjoys. For a nice nite out with family or friends, this place can't be beat. 
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsGood Greek Food (for Charlotte)..but Poor Service.: I have been a regular since they opened a few years ago and regularly brought friends and family in. Being from Detroit, I know what good Greek food is, and most of the food does not disappoint (although the skordalia recipe is very disappointing). The calamari is quite good. However I recently visited with a friend and decided to use their buy-one-get-one entree free coupon, up to a $16 value, from the Charlotte entertainment book. Management would not honor it because I did not order an entree that is $16 or less. Every other place I have been to just takes $16 off of the bill if both entrees are above the discount amount. Very insulting for a regular customer. I always spent and tipped well. Too bad for the restaurant, I will never go again; I hope the $16 they saved was worth the loss of the business I bring in... Please...go somewhere else where your business is TRULY appreciated!
