User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI will never ever use a Laundry World again since I have found out they rip you off. I started using Laundry World in 2005, I thought the couple their was so cute for it was a husband and wife with four children who help run the place. They seem so kind. In 2008, the true colors came out because my laundry card start to act up. I had $4.50 on it still, and for some reason the laundry machine would not take it. I told the lady about it and she said she would give me another card which was $10.00, I than ask what about my $4.50, she said "When your card is fix you will get it." I waited three months and she never said a thing. Finally I went up to her and said "is my card fix yet?" She said "oh sorry sweet here it is" Yet the $4.50 was not there. I said to her, "Where is my $4.50, and she said "Sorry but you can not prove you had that amount there so nothing can be done" I was angry yet kept it in. Well yesterday (2009) that anger came out in a full blow sailor language. It all start after I place five baskets of laundry in five different machines. I place my card in the slot for $1.75 yet it would not work and so I tried the machine next to it same thing. Then I put my card into the $5.00 slot and it said I had $2.50 left. So I said to the lady my card is not working, yet I have $2.50 on it. She turn around and said "nothing she could do about it except take it to her manger" I said "but I want my $2.50." She said "sorry but there is nothing I can do about it" I then yelled to my kids let's get out of here removed my laundry and told her she just lost a customer. So beware of The Laundry World rip off.

Also they are not open when you need them to be open. I remember on Mother's day I was there and there place never opened. Some of us do work and need to do our laundry on days such as this. This is another reason why this place sucks.
