    The bagels are delicous. I can see how everyone is complaining about the employees but who doesn't have a bad day, esp. If you seen their boss, the owner. I've been there a few times when the owner was working and she is a horrible person not only to her customers but employees also. If you have only see the way she treats them then u would know why they are always having a bad day, they don't want to be angry and rude I can just tell its from the stress.

    I love the bagels! The raisin bagel need MORE raisins! I think the people are nice. They can be a little unfriendly at times but who isn't. My thought is to treat others the way you want to be treated. I start a conversation and then they respond. :o)

    I go to this bagel place almost every Sunday.The bagels are good but the people that work there need some personality lessons.They never smile and are very unfriendly
