I've never had beef ribs this tender. And, the jerk and bbq chicken are to die for...

Callaloo Cafe: cute place in Morristown,real palm trees, tables and chairs outside face the main thoroughfare, pina colada highly recommended, food was just ok, average, no big deal, we went for the sunday buffet and I didn't see anything there that really screamed out to me this is authentic carribean...bar was very nice, comfortable, clean environment, I would go again but maybe at night, because I think a band comes in at night...oh by the way, very expensive!!!!

Like none other: If you're looking for the authentic Carribean taste, cooked with dedication and served with enthusiasm, try Callaloo Cafe. It can only be experienced to be believed. A beam of Island sunshine in Hillside, I recommend it with gusto. Finger-licking good!
