They where friendly and spoke to me in layman terms so that i can understand the process. What i thought was going to be a nightmere experience was actually pleasant experience.

Outstanding: Congratulations for the impecable work done in my car. When a buddy of mine recommended me to City Auto Body I was very sckeptical (due to all other places I had been), but as soon as I met the staff I was sold. It is hard to find a body shop that you feel secure that your car will be "fixed". The only downfall was that not everyone spoke english, but that was quickly resolved.
