First place we go after we get out of the airport after traveling from the east coast. Can't understand how anyone could find the Lotus less than spectacular unlees they live a negative life style. We tell everyone who travels to Las Vegas not to miss out on the Lotus. Thanks for the great
food and service. Wish you could open a place on the east coast.
We're from canada and always make it a point to go to Lotus of Siam when we are in Vegas. It was recommended by a waiter at Rosemary's ( another good restaurant you should check out in Vegas ) and we were not disappointed. Of course the decor is lacking but it does add to the charm. Anyways, the food is why we go....we frequent Thai restaurants wherever we go and this restaurant rates as on of the best in variety of dishes and flavour!
Probably best Thai food in the US. Saipin makes her curry pastes from scratch. Try the chicken Panang to see what a master she is. Its all good, if you like Thai food- do yourself a great big favor and go to Lotus of Siam. The place is not fancy- but like a good street cart in Asia, if you let the looks fool you, you're only missing out on the serious food. This is Mecca for a Thai foodie in the US. Simply awesome.
