No more contacts for me! I have been a contact wearer for 30 years and I love now the freedom from having to deal with my contacts. I have sensitive eyes and I would frequently have some irritation from something getting into my contacts and driving me crazy. I am in sales and often it would happen when I was out on a sales call. I also love to swim and its such a nice thing not to have to worry about any eye irritation from that too now. I choose Dr. Bonnani at Gotham Lasik based on two people from my office here in Fort Lee, NJ that went to him and told me he was best. I was worried with some of the recent reports on lasik but Dr. Bonnani explained to me that he would never perform the procedure on anyone he deemed not to be an ideal candidate for lasik surgery. He said unfortunately there are doctors who will operate on anyone and look at patients as widgets on an assembly line "just get them in and get them out" and they advertise that way too like they are selling merchandise $299 an eye etc... Dr. Bonnani handled everything from my initial free consultation all the way through my follow up check ups personally and professionally and is just the nicest person. Definitely go to him if you are thinking about getting lasik eye surgery.
