User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsthe food got over priced and delivery takes forever lots of times had cold food. After a hour you call and they say it's on the way.1-1/2 hour later it shows up. I live 1-1/2 miles away. Service needs alot of improvement.

Service is allways great and so is the food! J&M keep rockin!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe food has gotten bad. The delivery is getting higher in price,yet they are slow @ getting the food here promptly, I have gotten cold food several times. The Boss is not very nice to the workers...calling the kids names....I have heard from friends and their kids who have worked there. Customer Service needs work. And as far as the kid's attitudes on the phone, I blame that on the name calling from the boss. But some of them deal with it because they need the money and it is close to home.

Well the owner takes pride in his resturant. After working there for four years, the boss deffinatley does not insult the kids...these are just rumours. Yes he will get frustrated by them but does not dillebertly insult them!
