User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI TOTALLY agree with you Bigboy1737!!! Every time my husband and I go to this Dunkin Donuts they ALWAYS get it wrong!!! It's doesn't matter what we order! There's always a problem!!! The only good thing used to be that they had Baskin' Robins, but they don't anymore!!!

They have the worst service ever.: They are the most incompetant people I have ever seen, Wal-Marts employees are smarter and they sell everything not to mention they have handicap hiring preferances. All you make is coffee and donuts and you can never get it right, they could mess up a black cup of coffee, its like a pizza shop that can't make pizza. I went in today after they messed up my coffee at the drive thru and everyone in front of me in line had also come in to complain because there orders were messed up, its rediculous. And its not just today its always like this. I dont really have any suggestions because my 6 year old can make coffee so the hiring standards shouldn't be to rough.
