User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsBest Buy at Niles is lacking professionalism. Every time I go there, nobody is friendly enough to help you and when you do try to get someone they don't know anyway. Such is life. I miss Circuit City that use to be right around the corner. Prices were better, staff were more knowledgable and all around it was a good store. They always met Best Buys prices too. Circuit City, R.I.P.

Recently I took my cell phone to the BestBuy in Niles. I have a full replacement warranty on the phone, it has now been a full month and I keep getting the run around from the Mobile manager Ryan Martin on just why my phone has neither been fixed or replaced as stated in my warranty. Every time I have asked to speak to the store manager I get the standard he is not in or that the mobile department is seperate from BestBuy. I will not be using that specific BestBuy for any of my electronic needs in the future, including the purchase of new cell phones for my self or any of my five daughters.I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service i have recieved there.

i was just in the best buy in niles ohio. the experience was horrible. ive talked to many people and they agree. the attitudes of the employees are coarse and rude. i mean seriously, you work at best buy. YOU ARE NOT BETTER THAN ANYONE. wow, you know how to maybe work a digital camera. WOW!!!! thats great. but you have no clue about the ins and outs of sales. 3 people total blew me off or tried to pawn me off on another employee that day. i spent over a thousand dollars....the girl that turned her nose up at the sales opp ultimately ended up forcibly selling me my laptop. her attitude was abrasive.AGAIN!!!! YOU WORK AT BEST BUY!!!youre not mortgage brokers...its the same as the electronics dept. at wal mart. you people are better than nobody.
