My husband and I stopped by on Monday to try out the Cafe Mocha free trial that we saw on the T.V. commercial.

We did not get the Cafe Mocha as we were told that the particular McDonalds at 5114 Northfield Road was not a particpating McDonalds in the Cafe Mocha promotion . .

We left and went down the street to another McDonalds closeby and tried the Cafe Mocha. We also had our first 1/3 pounder angus burger.

I visit McDonalds on Northfield in Maple Heights ALL the time ... because it is convenient to my daily morning route ... even on weekends! But today is my last visit to this location -- like you care! I have ordered breakfast and have had a problem ... I have ordered lunch and have had a problem ... I have ordered dinnertime for myself and kids and, yes, something gets left out of the 'bag' or condiments on sandwiches are wrong ... this morning I ordered 'DECAF' coffee and again it was "LUKEWARM" ... not even close to hot ... and this has happened on several occasions -- do they forget to turn the warmers on when they make the coffee? ... I order DECAF because my Dad cannot have caffeine with the medication he is on ... well, they took the coffee back and I specifically told the person at the window that it was 'decaf' -- they gave it back -- the cup was hot ... Needless to say it was "REGULAR" coffee ... Breakfast sandwiches will be ordered without 'meat' and they have the meat on them and we have to throw them away ... people don't understand that if someone doesn't eat meat -- you don't want the residue on your food either -- and we have ordered breakfast sandwiches and the muffin is COLD not even an attempt to toast it or warm it, so it makes your sandwich cold ... if you order a sandwich without ketsup because of tomato allergies; you can't just scrape it off the sandwich ... I never complained ... but the economy is bad enough without ordering food and getting home or to work and it is not what you wanted/or it is not what your coworker wanted ... and it is a loss ... and don't order tea with NO ice ... it will be loaded with ice -- like you ordered 'lots of ice' ... what is going on??? can't we get simple orders right ... and don't talk about the attitudes when you say something before you drive off ... if you have time to check before leaving ...
