i have lived here for almost 5 years and the service has gone down hill since i got here. several vehicles have been vandalized and stolen and talked to the front office and they say nothing about it, they charge 15 bucks for mini blinds at your own expense with out notice, i have witnessed drug deals but they have moved out, they had a security guard at one time but have not seen him in several months when i did he was smoking in the car not really doin his job, my neighbor has 4 or 5 vehicles at a time out front not leaving spaces for paying residense to park they send out letters on peoples doors and nothing changes, they do nothing to make things right, we almost had are gas shut off due to something wrong with our system and was to be fixed before we could get it back they waited till the last minute to fix it, i got a new cell phone almost a month ago and gave them the number well they tried to call and leave a message well turns out they failed to file it, i have a tub in the one bathroom that leaks after so long well i called to have it fixed and they wont do anything about it, this place i will never recomend to any one at all unless you need a cheaply owned place that goes up in price every year and dont want anything fixed properly the first time
sincerly
unhappy customer
I moved into Cameron Creek several months ago and I absolutly love it. They responded very quickly when I had a leak and even had a carpet cleaning company come out because of it. The office staff are all very nice and the grounds look pretty good. I would recomend this place to anyone!!
I previously rented from this apartment complex for almost two years. In which I ended up paying month to month. When I thought about moving out I gave them a 30 day notice. I ended up cancelling the notice & I was told by two different employees that the notice was good for three months. When the end of the 3rd month came I was under the impression that I could go ahead & move out but let them know. When I called to let them know they told me I would be responsible for the following months rent because I did not give them a 30 day notice. I reminded them of what they told me about the 30 day notice being good for 3 months. The landlord denied saying that & told me it was verbal so it did not count. They stuck me with the rent & a bunch of other fees. They also did not give my deposit back. I never paid my rent late or had any complaints. The corporate office did not respond to any of my calls.
