I would have to say this was some of the worse food I have eaten or seen in Columbus.
My wife's french fries were dehydrated, our salads wilted, my grandaughters mac and cheese was water with no cheese, although the waitress tried to convince us otherwise as if we were stupid. My soup was okay, but certainly not worth the money we paid. A very disappointing meal overall. I usally do not write any reviews just out of kindness, but I really was disappointed!
Food was okay, but goodness help you if you're a minority -- you'll either be working the grill or hustled to a back table by the kitchen. I've noticed that in Columbus restaurants love to put minorities in the back, and if you're an interracial couple in any combination but black guy with white girl, they're going to go out of their way to hide you. The white hostess seemed to go out of her way to make sure we got the worst table in the place. For shame, for shame.
Delicious Homestyle Food: We had a well prepared, albeit slightly overpriced meal at Ted's Montana Grill, which features buffalo on the menu. We opted to go the beef route, and our steaks and bugers were generously portioned, and grilled to perfection, while the crispy/tender fries and onion rings were obviously hand-cut and battered--the best onion rings I have ever had! Although we didn't care for the pickled cucumber condiment (very, very sour), the green beans were superb, and the specialty drinks were finely made, but small and overpriced. The decor is vintage Montana ranch style--a bit stark, but with beautiful dark wood throughout, an impressive wood and glass bar, and high back booths that provide great privacy, while soothing oldies play in the background. All in all, a nice experience, and some pretty good food!

Being a former employee I feel the need to comment on this very frequent issue we seemed to have there. Being sat in the back seems to be more than just a 'racial' issue since EVERYONE seems to take it personally when they were sat in an area they refer to as the "back." For starters, Teds is one of the smallest restaurants in the Columbus area, with only twenty tables total, the largest table seating only six. Five of those twenty tables are in the rear, there are six tables by the front door/hostess stand. so that leaves only a few in the middle by where all the servers make drinks!(guests dont like that either) The kitchen is open air, meaning you are meant to visually see them cooking your food, and only visible from the bar rail. The back is by another area for servers to make drinks-not the bathroom or the kitchen...the front is by the door and usually crowded, and you can feel the air come in and out of the door...it just feels like you can never make some people happy! So if you would rather not sit in the back...or the front...you might have to wait a while for those two middle tables. But I assure you, the food is always made from scratch and fresh, and the servers are more than willing to give you the best service you have every had!
Yeah, but if only minorities are in the back, it's not "everyone" being seated there, away from the windows for passersby and other diners to see and near the noise in the kitchen. Why is everyone afraid to admit what they know is true?
