PGE Park

This recently renovated park gives fans the opportunity to sit fairly close to the action. All the seats in the park have a decent view of the field and even though it is only triple-A ball, the games can get pretty exciting. The park itself is still in the city so it’s easily accessible by public transportation. The jumbotron is nothing amazing and won’t compare to some of the ones at major league parks, but it does a passable job showing the batters and other messages. There’s not much of a view besides the field because the seats are all fairly low and there is the huge MAC building which casts a large shadow on right field. Besides these stickling points, PGE Park is a fairly modern place to catch some baseball action, even if it’s not the bigs.
