    Far and away the best bar on Temple University's main campus. They have a great beer selection ranging from Pabst to Magic Hat and everything in between. The food is consistent and delicious - much more than standard pub fare.

    It's also very safe as it is located right in the middle of campus, and a few steps from the Cecil B. Moore stop on the Broad Street Line. Very highly recommended, and an excellent fixture in the neighborhood.

    Temple Students Home Away from Home: The Draught Horse is Philly's coolest college Pub. Located on Temple University's main campus, the Draught Horse offers a warm and inviting pub atmosphere with over 20 beers on tap, a full service 100 foot bar, and a menu that caters to everyone's needs.

    The Draught Horse holds a variety of events to entertain a large variety of crowds! Come by Monday through Friday for Happy Hour at 4 PM with ½ price all beer, house wine by the glass, and well liquor. Stop by on Monday Nights to watch the game on our 123 inch projector television or catch it on one of our 16 TV's. Play cards at the Horse on Tuesday's with weekly Texas Hold'em tournaments. Registration is at 7:15. It is free to play and there are weekly prizes and giveaways! 50 cent draft night is on Wednesdays and for Philly VIP Card members, you get $2 off cover before 9:30 PM. End your work day with karaoke on Thursday's during Happy Hour! Come play pool at the Horse on our 2 regulation pool tables or get in a Golden Tee tournament with your friends! Have the Draught Horse cater your next events with a unique banquet menu suitable for all you special event needs.

    Whether you are going out for a good meal or a few good beers, this is the place to be!
