ALL MY FRIENDS AGREE THIS PLACE IS THE BEST FOR ASIAN FOOD.
SOME OF THERE UNUSUAL DISHES INCLUDE PEPPER SHRIMP AND CRISPY CHICKEN WINGS--BOTH ARE OUTSTANDING.
THEIR CHICKEN NIM CHOW IS THE BEST; AND EVEN THEIR BEEF IS RATHER A HIGHER GRADE .
OTHER FAVORITES ARE ORANGE TOFU; SHRIMP RICE NOODLE SOUP, STEAK TERIYAKI STICKS; STIR FRY THIN EGG NOODLE

Consistently good food, decent portions, reasonable prices, and a friendly staff. Apsara is certainly one of the best RI has to offer.

Great Food!: I visited this fine establishment on January 16, 2007. I had the Nime Chow and Bean Curd with Black Mushroom Satay. Both were very well done. The satay was the best I have had. I also sampled the Pea Pod Leaves and Red Curry Chicken Soup; both delicious. The pricing was fair. I will definitely return.
